1. During the installation of the air cooler, when unpacking, check whether the equipment and packaging materials are damaged. Any damage may affect the operation effect.
2. When installing the air cooler, please refer to the installation dimension drawing.
3. The user should use suitable equipment to lift it to a proper position according to the weight of the purchased product.
4. The air cooler can be fixed with bolts and nuts. Generally speaking, a single steel M8 bolt and nut can bear a weight of 110kg, and a M10 steel can bear a weight of 270kg. Despite this, the installer is still responsible for ensuring that the evaporator is safely and professionally installed at the designated location.
5. Fix the evaporator ua with bolts and leave enough space between the top plate and the ceiling for easy cleaning. This is also to comply with HACCP and/or half of the food safety standards.
6. The ceiling-mounted air cooler should be level after installation.
7. The air cooler should be installed properly and the location should be appropriate to ensure that the condensed water can be effectively discharged from the air cooler. The support must have enough capacity to bear the weight of the air cooler itself, the weight of the injected refrigerant and the weight of the frost on the surface of the coil. If possible, it is recommended to use lifting equipment for hoisting.
8. Please confirm that the installation of the drainage pipe complies with the HACCP of the food and the corresponding safety regulations. The material can be copper pipe, stainless steel pipe or PPR pipe, depending on the customer. For low-temperature application conditions, insulation and heating wires must be provided to prevent the drainage pipe from freezing. It is recommended to install the drain pipe correctly at a slope of 1:30. The size of the drain pipe should not be smaller than the drain outlet of the cooling fan's drain pan. All condensate drainage pipes must be installed with U-shaped bends to prevent outside air and odors from entering the cold storage, and it is absolutely forbidden to connect directly to the sewage system. All U-shaped bends are placed in a warm environment to prevent freezing. It is recommended that the length of the drain pipe in the cold storage is as short as possible.
9. The air outlet of the air cooler should avoid the beams and uprights, and keep at least a certain distance to prevent affecting the range of the air cooler.
10. In order to ensure that the air cooler achieves a good cooling effect, the thermal expansion valve should be installed as close as possible to the liquid separator.
11. Place the temperature sensing bulb of the thermal expansion valve at a 45° horizontal position on the upper side of the suction pipe, and a position closer to the suction header (15mm-50mm from the outlet of the air cooler is better). In order to achieve a good operation effect, it is necessary to ensure a good operation effect between the temperature sensing bulb and the suction pipe, and a good thermal contact between the temperature sensing bulb and the suction pipe must be ensured. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions for the placement of thermal expansion valve and temperature sensing bulb. Incorrect installation will result in poor cooling performance.
12. The outer balance pipe is used to connect the outer balance port of the thermal expansion valve and the top of the horizontal suction pipe near the suction header. The 1/4 inch steel pipe connected to the suction pipe is the so-called outer balance pipe.
