Refrigeration system exhaust pressure is too high for the following reasons:
1) Too much ash on the surface of the condenser makes the heat exchange of the condenser not smooth, and the temperature of the condenser is too high, which causes the exhaust pressure to be too high. Remedy The solution can be solved by removing the ash from the condenser.
2) The condenser environment is bad and not ventilated, causing the exhaust pressure to be too high. The exclusion method can change the installation location.
3) The refrigerant in the refrigeration system is mixed with air, which causes the exhaust pressure to be too high. Remedy method: First, let the refrigerant in the system out, and then re-evaluate and refill the refrigerant.
4) The amount of refrigerant in the refrigeration system is too much, causing the exhaust pressure to be too high. Remedy: Drain the excess refrigerant in the refrigeration system. The steps: first connect the ammeter in the circuit, turn the air conditioner on to the cold gear, then because the current reading on the ammeter of the compressor is greater than the rated current, then slightly open the three-way valve on the low-pressure side, slowly When the excess refrigerant is discharged, pay attention to the current reading on the ammeter, and close the three-way valve when the current returns to the rated current. If the three-way valve is not installed in the system, the excess refrigerant can be discharged from the processing nozzle of the compressor and then sealed for leak detection.
