Everyone has the phenomenon of dripping water when using the air conditioner, so do you know why? Friends who don't know may wish to take a look together.
When there is air-conditioning water leakage, you can conduct self-inspection according to the following conditions. If you can handle it yourself, it is better. If you can't solve it yourself, you should ask professional technicians to deal with it in time.
1. Reasons for outdoor unit dripping water:
When the air-conditioning compressor is working, it will generate cooling efficiency, and when the refrigerant is compressed to generate cooling efficiency, it will release the cooling efficiency to the outside.
At this time, the surface temperature of the pipes and condensers that transmit the refrigerant becomes extremely low, and the atmosphere is rich in saturated water vapor.
These waters have the characteristics of cooling and will liquefy into the water, so the normal phenomenon of water dripping from the external machine occurs.
Water outlet solution:
Although this phenomenon is normal, in order not to affect the life of the people living downstairs or pedestrians.
We can connect the drainpipe to the sewer, or use the container to collect the water and use it to grow flowers and plants.
Here, be careful not to insert the drainpipe directly into the drainpipe or sewer, as this will cause biogas to invade the air conditioner.
After the biogas invades the air conditioner, it will corrode the parts of the air conditioner, such as copper pipes and cold exhaust, which will lead to the leakage of refrigerant and cause the danger of damage to the air conditioner.
2. Reasons for indoor unit dripping water:
1. Factors in indoor unit installation
These include unevenness of the indoor unit, excessively high outlet pipes extending outdoors, blocked outlet pipes (commonly used for long-term use of air-conditioning), and ruptured outlet pipes (more common at the outlet of the indoor unit).
Processing method:
The solution is to adjust the position of the indoor unit, re-calibrate the position of the indoor unit with a spirit level, level or lower the condensate pipe of the indoor unit as far as possible to remove one end.
2. The air-conditioning filter is too dirty
The indoor water vapor condenses on the filter screen and cannot flow into the water tank and the water collecting tray, and only drips down from the outside of the indoor unit.
Treatment method: You can clean the filter by yourself. Please use a soft brush with warm water to clean the filter. Do not use detergent deliberately.
3. Air-conditioning lacks refrigerant
This condition can cause water to drip down the connecting pipes in the indoor part (even if you have a good dressing).
Treatment method: ask air-conditioning practitioners to supplement the refrigerant.
If it is R410 or R32 refrigerant, it is necessary to extract all the memory refrigerant, and re-inject the quantitative refrigerant according to the air-conditioning label.
Do not just supplement the refrigerant, because the above refrigerants are mixed refrigerants in a certain proportion.
4. The reason for the switch
The filter is seriously dirty and cannot be cleaned in time or the filter is damaged, causing the evaporator to deform, making it unable to drip into the sink and the water collection tray in time.
The lack of refrigerant in the air-conditioning system causes the evaporator of the indoor unit to freeze, and water droplets cannot be dropped into the water collecting tray
The material of the air conditioner is not very good, the internal setting is unreasonable, the water cannot flow into the sink, and it flows down the plastic shell.
Processing method:
Please ask the air-conditioning practitioners to wash the air-conditioning professionally.
