Features of the Products

2.On the basis of the traditional condenser,this product develops new copper tube instead of the iron tube.lt makes the overall appearance more smart,and more light, decreasing the transport and install fee.
3.The frame is good quality galvanized sheet.And painted with staticelectronic technology.lt could be errosion-proof.
4.The recycle pump is with characterstics of small power,large flow,low noise.
5.the water distribution system adopt the PVC plastic structure.the distributor is with large flow,spray evenly,long life.
6.The frame of the axial fan is Alumium alloy.and the blade is strongthen Nylon. It is with a feature of high air-flow pressure,large flow,low noise,stable.
Principle
Draining the high-temperature overheating gaseous refrigerant of compressor is from upside to inside of condensing coil, the water circulating pump send the cooling water to spray system of upside of condensing coil, then the water is sprayed uniformly on the surface of condensing coil to make water film, making heat exchange between the high-temperature overheating gaseous refrigerant inside coil and the water and air outside of coil, the refrigerant inside of coil is condensed little by little to liquid by gaseous. The refrigerant make heat spread in the process of condensing, and the spraying cool water make heat gain in the process of evaporating, make bare spraying cool water become vapor, then recycled by water trap. Unevaporated water enter water tank to be condensed by air, and fall to water trap and periodic duty. When water level of water tank was evaporated to a certain extent, ball float valve automatic opens and fill water inside of water trap.
Unit Selection procedures
1.Beifeng brand BF-ZNT serial evaporated condenser select hermetic and semi- hermetic compressor, the refrigerant is R22, R134a.
2.According to refrigerant request, select refrigeration equipment.
3.Design system total capacity=compressor refrigerant capacity + compressor motor consumed power, total capacity x modified coefficient = heat load of using working condition
4.For example: In known conditions, BFBV20-84.5 refrigerant compressor have 4pcs, working condition is -10℃/40℃, refrigeration capacity = (40480=16100)× 4pcs=226.3kw (parallel unit);
5.Using condition: condensing temperature 40℃, temperature 26℃, preview modified coefficient list to know capacity modified coefficient is 1.07
6.Counting modified coefficient capacity = total capacity × modified coefficient = 226.3x1.07=242.1kw
7.Determine the standard heat exchange quantity of the model selection≥242 kw, check
the product parameter table and match it with a ZNT-250KW evaporative condenser. Re-
marks: ( due to diferent usage areas and environments, the temperature in winter in the
north is relatively low. if the water pump needs to shut down and cut off water, the evaporative
condensershould be more than 30 % larger when matching, for example: 241x 1.3= 315 kw)
